Following a missed field goal that would have tied the game, McDowell struck for 35 points in the final 18 minutes to defeat Prep 45-27. Davin Friedman threw for 265 yards and three touchdowns, all to Matthew Oblich who had four catches for 104 yards. KJ Williams had five catches for 112 yards while DaZarie Carson ran for 121 yards and a score.
