Lynch 24-25

Jeremy Lynch

Jeremy Lynch completed his third season as head coach of the Cathedral Prep men’s basketball program in 2025–2026, leading the Ramblers to an outstanding 25–2 record and capturing his third consecutive District 10 Championship. His 2025–2026 team etched its name in the record books, setting school marks for most points in a game (115), highest scoring average (91.0 points per game), most field goals in a season (954), and the single-game individual scoring record (43 points by Ahmari Horton '27).

Lynch returned to Cathedral Prep after gaining valuable experience at the collegiate level, including coaching stints at Penn State Behrend and Chowan University. He previously served as head coach of the Cathedral Prep junior varsity basketball team and began his coaching career at his alma mater, Edinboro University, as a student assistant with the women’s basketball program. During his time there, he helped guide the team to the 2018 PSAC Tournament Championship and an appearance in the NCAA Division II Tournament.

A former Rambler himself, Lynch was a two-year varsity player at Cathedral Prep from 2011 to 2013, contributing to teams that reached the state semifinals and quarterfinals in back-to-back seasons. He went on to continue his playing career at Edinboro University.

Jeremy and his wife, Kaity, welcomed their daughter, Kollins, in April 2025.
