Andrew Smykowski enters his fifth season as head coach of the Ramblers Men’s Lacrosse team. His record during his first four seasons was a combined 42-31 with three D-10 championships. Previously, Smykowski was the head coach at Fairview High School as well as the defensive coordinator and goalie coach for the Ramblers for several years.
As a player, he was the goalie for the school on 38th Street before attending Slippery Rock University and played for the club team at The Rock. Smykowski started all four years and helped lead the team to four straight Final Four appearances in the National Club Lacrosse League (NCLL). He was named captain/vice president & eventually president of the team his junior and senior year.
He has two young boys: Brodie, 5 and Kyler, 3.
