Mary Jean Taylor is recognized as a Master Professional through the Professional Tennis Registry. She has coached the girls tennis team since 2008, posting a record number of season wins (19-3) in 2017, which concluded with state championship wins for the AA team and doubles titles. She has led the team to seven consecutive D10 AA Championships from 2016-2023, along with six straight D10 singles and doubles wins.
Taylor is a licensed physical therapist and board-certified pediatric clinical specialist. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Gannon University in the Public Health Program. She has been married to her husband, Keith, for 31 years and has four children – Abby, Kaity '13VMA, Samantha '14VMA, and Timmy '24.
